A su llegada al aeropuerto de Roma, suba a su traslado al hotel. Pase el resto del día explorando la Ciudad de las Siete Colinas a su propio ritmo. Disfruta de tu tiempo conociendo la Ciudad Eterna, donde simplemente podrás respirar arte e historia en cada rincón. Roma, una combinación perfecta de lo antiguo y lo nuevo, tiene algo que ofrecer a todos, ya sea que esté buscando datos históricos o puntos de referencia, o simplemente quiera ir de compras en Campo de Fiori o en Via Veneto. No olvides buscar un buen restaurante en el que terminar tu primer día con un plato de pasta italiana fresca.

Día 2 Roma - Roma
Despiértese con un desayuno bufé americano en el hotel. Por la mañana disfrute de un recorrido a pie por el centro de la ciudad de Roma. Da un paseo que te llevará a la Piazza Navona, el mundialmente famoso Panteón y la impresionante Fontana di Trevi. ¡No olvides pedir un deseo y lanzar una moneda a sus resplandecientes aguas! Después del recorrido, pase el resto del día libre.

Día 3 Roma - Florencia
Después del desayuno, salida de Roma hacia Siena, una hermosa ciudad medieval famosa por la carrera de caballos Palio. Descubra a lo largo de las calles el Palazzo Salimbeni, construido en el siglo XIV. Visite la plaza principal de la ciudad, Piazza del Campo, una hermosa plaza con forma de concha, donde se celebra cada año la famosa carrera de caballos Palio el 2 de julio y el 16 de agosto. No pierdas la oportunidad de descubrir la impresionante fachada de la Catedral dedicada a la Virgen María, recubierta de colorido mármol local, donde podrás admirar a varios artistas como Miguel Ángel, Donatello y Bernini. Antes de ir, no olvides probar los platos típicos de la zona, como la pasta casera "Pici" y las galletas de almendra "ricciarelli", símbolos de la ciudad. Luego diríjase a Florencia para realizar el check-in.

Día 4 Florencia - Florencia
Después del desayuno, reúnase con nuestro guía local para visitar las fascinantes callejuelas de la misteriosa Florencia: desde la Piazza del Duomo, con su Baptisterio y la Catedral de Santa María del Fiore hasta el Ponte Vecchio, desde la Piazza Della Signoria con su Palazzo Vecchio y Loggia dell'Orcagna hasta el centro. Avenidas empedradas, donde encontrarás auténticas obras maestras allá donde dirijas tu mirada. Un recorrido intenso y concentrado en el corazón de Florencia descubrirá muchos lugares maravillosos de interés que “hay que ver”. Tiempo libre para el almuerzo y por la tarde su guía turístico le acompañará para descubrir la excelencia de las producciones locales tradicionales. Visite una de las joyas más famosas donde podrá admirar las colecciones de los maestros orfebres florentinos; Pasee por el mercado del cuero de San Lorenzo que le ofrecerá productos de alta calidad, elaborados con cuero de primera calidad y procesados según los métodos más tradicionales dando vida a la elegancia clásica de los bolsos, zapatos y chaquetas de espuma florentinas. Finalmente, visite un antiguo taller de perfumes que todavía produce fragancias utilizando los métodos y recetas de los monjes medievales.

Día 5 Florencia - Venecia
Disfrute de un desayuno buffet americano en el hotel, antes de realizar el check out para partir hacia Venecia. En el camino harás una parada en Verona. Explora las calles del centro histórico, que fue proclamado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Déjate fascinar por la joya de la ciudad: la antigua arena romana construida en el año 30 d.C. Está muy bien conservado y puede albergar a más de 30.000 personas. Después de tomar algunas fotografías del estadio, dirígete a la antigua casa de la famosa cantante de ópera María Callas. Luego pasa a la Casa de Julieta, la estructura que inspiró Romeo y Julieta de Shakespeare. Regrese a Piazza Bra y tenga tiempo para almorzar. A continuación, diríjase a Venecia para realizar el check-in.

Día 6 Venecia - Venecia
Después del desayuno en el hotel, tome un barco con su asistente a través de la laguna veneciana hasta la colorida isla de Murano para echar un vistazo al interior de las mundialmente famosas fábricas de soplado de vidrio de esta isla. Obtenga una demostración de fabricación de vidrio por parte de un maestro artesano y disfrute del tiempo explorando la sala de exposición de la fábrica con obras de arte terminadas. A continuación, visite Burano para dar un paseo y hacer compras. Luego, sube a un barco de regreso a Venecia.

Día 7 Venecia - Milán
Después del desayuno en el hotel, check out y salida hacia Milán en tren. A su llegada a Milán, regístrese y reúnase con su guía para un recorrido a pie para ver los lugares más destacados de la ciudad: el Castillo Sforzesco, la Piazza Mercanti medieval y la Piazza Della Scala. Admire la fachada de mármol de la Catedral de Milán y la Galería Vittorio Emanuele II, uno de los centros comerciales más antiguos del mundo. Concluya su recorrido en la histórica Piazza del Duomo.

Después del desayuno, a la hora acordada, reúnase con su conductor y conduzca hasta el aeropuerto de Milán Malpensa para tomar su vuelo de regreso.
En algunos paises no se recomiendan las habitaciones triples.
Una vez realizada la reserva, el hotel de programa no tuviera disponibilidad se ofrecera un hotel de caracteristicas similares.
Si los horarios de los vuelos de llegada y salida no coinciden con horarios laborables, el operador puede cobrar un suplemento por traslado nocturno.

NOTAS IMPORTANTES COMUNES A TODOS LOS PROGRAMAS:
SOBRE PASAJEROS:
Los programas con PRECIOS OFERTA, PROMO o 2X1...NO ADMITEN CAMBIOS DE PASAJEROS. En caso de cambio deberá cancelarse y realizar una nueva al precio actualizado. No se admiten cambios de reservas ya realizadas a programas publicados posteriormente con precios inferiores.
Sobre Niños:
Los programas con rutas largas en autobús no admiten menores de 7 años.
Los descuento de niños que detalla cada operador en su POLITICA DE NIÑOS son los habituales. Sin embargo pueden variar dependiendo de los servicios confirmados finalmente. Se informará una vez dispongamos de la documentación exacta de la reserva por parte del operador.
No podemos garantizar que los transportes dispongan de los sistemas de retención infantil.
Los descuentos de niños aplican siempre y cuando viajen y se alojen con 2 adultos de pago completo.
SOBRE TRASLADOS:
Llegadas o salidas fuera de horarios laborables o en dias diferentes al programa (noches extras, etc...), suelen conllevar suplemento en los traslados.
Pasajero que lleguen con antelación, y no reserven las noches extra con el mismo operador, en general no tendrán el traslado de llegada incluido ni dias anteriores ni el mismo dia de comienzo del tour. Algunos operadores lo aceptan siempre que sea a horas de llegada de vuelos donde tengan otros pasajeros.
Si en su programa está incluido el traslado de llegada desde aeropuerto, tenga en cuenta que le recibirán con un cartel a su nombre, el de su agencia, o a nombre del operador local del programa cuyos datos aparecen en los bonos. Por favor localice a la persona con este cartel, en el aeropuerto.
Si se ha producido algún retraso aéreo y su llegada va a ser posterior a la hora prevista, deben comunicarlo cuanto antes en primer lugar al operador. Si no puede acceder, contacte entonces con su agencia de viajes.
Intentaremos, en la medida de lo posible, modificar el servicio o le informaremos cómo proceder. Si no diera tiempo a posponer el servicio tendrá que acudir por su cuenta al hotel o pagar al operador un traslado extra si este pudiera gestionarlo.
Si a su salida de recogida de maletas y control de pasaportes no ve al transferista, actúe de la misma manera: comunicando con el operador. Por favor no coja por su cuenta transportes alternativos ya que el operador puede no hacerse cargo del reembolso.
No se garantiza reembolso en caso de pérdida del servicio, por circunstancias ajenas al operador.
SOBRE SERVICIOS:
El orden de las rutas, itinerarios y visitas, así como los horarios definidos PUEDE VARIAR RESPECTO AL ITINERARIO DESCRITO según las necesidades operativas (ocurre sobre todo en programas con salidas diarias). La información la dan los receptivos al confirmar las reservas pero se reservan el derecho de cambiarlo incluso una vez en destino. Si van a reservar excursiones por su cuenta, rogamos nos consulten y esperen a que los receptivos hayan indicado exactamente el día de cada servicio incluido.
Las descripciones de visitas son aproximadas, en función del tiempo u otros factores podrían variar sin derecho a reintegros.
En Temporada Baja, por falta de operativa, las excursiones/visitas pueden ser cambiadas por otras. Se informará al recibir la reserva.
En el caso de programas SELF DRIVE, no se incluye ninguna actividad (a menos que se indique específicamente), todo lo que se describe son sugerencias para que los pasajeros realicen por su cuenta. En la reserva del vehículo el nombre del conductor será siempre el primero de la reserva a menos que se indique lo contrario.
En el caso de programas Privados con CONDUCTOR-GUÍA, actúan como conductor y guía ayudante en una sola persona. Se trata de un conductor con experiencia (a veces también con una credencial de guía oficial, pero la mayoría de las veces sin ella) que puede brindarle la información más importante, ayudarlo a moverse por el destino y darle consejos sobre los mejores lugares para tomar fotografías. Pero normalmente no acompaña a los clientes a los lugares de interés. Los clientes visitan los lugares de interés por su cuenta.
Si se requiere el servicio de un guía turístico, habría que contemplar conductor + guía (con sus consiguiente costes de dietas, alojamientos y sueldos).
En muchos países la disponibilidad de guías de habla hispana es limitada y en temporada alta los mejores y habituales de los operadores se reservan para los programas regulares, en detrimento de los privados.
No podemos responsabilizarnos de excursiones contratadas directamente en destino. En caso de queja deben realizarla directamente al operador a quien se contraten.
SOBRE ALOJAMIENTOS Y HABITACIONES:
Una vez realizada la reserva, si el hotel de programa no tuviera disponibilidad se ofrecerá otro de características similares. Los operadores pueden cambiar el hotel, incluso estando el pasajero en destino, siempre que sea dentro de la misma categoría o superior y la reserva no se haya efectuado sobre un hotel en concreto.
Recordamos que en programas regulares no es posible elegir hotelería en las diferentes categorías. La designación final de hoteles corresponde al operador.
Las habitaciones ofertadas en los programas son de tipo estándar, a menos que de antemano se indique lo contrario en web. Si el operador confirma una habitación superior a lo indicado en programa, no es contractual y en destino siempre depende de la disponibilidad del establecimiento.
No se recomiendan las habitaciones triples. La 3ª cama puede ser una turca o plegatin (no cómoda, inferior a una cama individual estándar); una matrimonial + single o supletoria, dos camas de matrimonio, una de matrimonio... y la habitación puede resultar incómoda. No se pueden informar con anterioridad ya que depende de los alojamientos.
La petición de habitaciones con cama de matrimonio (DOBLE) o dos camas (TWIN) es solo informativa y no se garantiza, depende siempre del establecimiento en el momento del check in. De la misma manera las cortesías de Luna de Miel dependen únicamente del establecimiento y no se garantizan.
Algunos hoteles no realizan la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones. Esta medida responde a una iniciativa para reducir el impacto ambiental, disminuyendo el uso de productos químicos y el consumo de agua asociado al lavado diario de ropa de cama y toallas.
En algunos países existe un impuesto local que no está incluido en el precio de la reserva y deberá ser abonados directamente en el establecimiento y/o aeropuerto correspondiente.
Algunos países no cumplen los mismos estándares de calidad europeos y la categoría indicada, aunque correcta respecto a las categorizaciones del país, puede ser más baja de lo esperado.
los hoteles indicados en cada programa deben considerarse como una mera referencia de categoría y calidad.
SOBRE ALIMENTACIÓN:
Cuando un programa incluya comidas o cenas, las bebidas no están incluidas a menos que se especifique lo contrario.
Si por su vuelo de llegada o salida el establecimiento no pudiera ofrecer cena o desayuno, normalmente intentarán dejar una cena fría en la habitación o dar una caja-picnic de desayuno. En ningún caso se puede garantizar y no procederá reintegro alguno.
Las intolerancias alimentarias o peticiones especiales deben comunicarse con tiempo suficiente antes de la llegada de los pasajeros a destino. Se pedirá al receptivo aunque NO podemos garantizar dietas, menús o trato especial. No podemos garantizar la ausencia de contaminación cruzada en los restaurantes, ya que estos no están especializados en este tipo de problemáticas. Rogamos tengan en cuenta que muchos países no están adaptados a estas particularidades.
SOBRE TRANSPORTES:
En el caso de programas con vuelos, trenes, ferries u otros medios de transporte que los operadores provean pero cuya operativa no depende de ellos, cualquier cancelación, retraso, cambio que provoque gastos extras deberán ser pagados por el pasajero en destino.
Por regla general estos transportes incluidos admiten un máximo de 1 maleta por pasajero pudiendo cobrar una cantidad por equipaje extra (vuelos domésticos, suelen admitir un máximo de 15 kilos). Dado que no existe un estándar, cualquier extra relativo a sobrepeso o cantidad de maletas, será pagado en destino directamente por el pasajero.
La emisión con antelación de este tipo de servicios puede implicar que el importe del depósito inicial de la reserva deba ser más alto para evitar que el precio varíe por demora. Se informará en el momento en el que recibamos la reserva.
Se necesitan copias de pasaportes en el momento de la reserva. Tenga en cuenta que los costes de los vuelos pueden variar en el momento de la emisión, se informará en cada caso.
A tener en cuenta que los programas que incluyen vuelos domésticos en cias. low cost, pueden tener retrasos, cambios de apto, etc.. lo que afectaría al programa y podría provocar cambios o pérdidas de servicios. sin que proceda reintegro alguno.
No nos hacemos responsables de posibles errores de los datos recibidos para emitir vuelos que generen la necesidad de cancelación y nueva emisión. Los gastos provocados corresponderán al pasajero.
Cuando el programa incluya billetes aéreos, de tren, ferries, etc....el viajero será el único responsable de cualquier cargo impuesto por el transportista por cambios, incluyendo, entre otros, reprogramaciones, cambios de ruta o correcciones de nombre, etc....
NOTAS IMPORTANTES RELATIVAS A LAS FECHAS DE VIAJE:
Si la fecha del viaje coincide con festividades locales, Navidad o Fin de Año, eventos especiales o congresos, puede haber suplementos (por fecha/por cenas obligatorias, etc), así como monumentos que no se puedan visitar. Una vez recibida la reserva, se ajustarán costes y servicios en consecuencia.
NOTAS IMPORTANTES RELATIVAS A LOS VIAJES:
Recuerde que deberán llevar en regla su documentación personal (pasaportes, visados, certificados de vacunación, etc.). Caso de ser denegada su entrada en el país por carecer de los requisitos o por defecto en la documentación exigida, o por no ser portador de la misma, declinamos toda responsabilidad, siendo por cuenta del viajero cualquier gasto que se origine.
Circunstancias inevitables y extraordinarias (fuerza mayor): En caso de que, por circunstancias inevitables y extraordinarias ajenas al organizador y a sus proveedores (como fenómenos meteorológicos extremos, desastres naturales, conflictos armados, decisiones de las autoridades, cierres de fronteras o del espacio aéreo u otras situaciones similares), resulte necesario modificar, cancela o reorganizar alguno de los servicios contratados, el organizador adoptará las medidas que correspondan conforme a la normativa aplicable, procurando ofrecer soluciones alternativas cuando sean legalmente exigibles y razonablemente posibles. Los gastos que no deban ser asumidos por el organizador conforme a la legislación vigente, ni por los transportistas, aseguradoras u otros terceros responsables, serán por cuenta del viajero.
En caso de aumento de tarifas por incremento de carburantes se actualizaría el costes del viaje, de acuerdo a la ley vigente.
Si durante su viaje hay algún inconveniente, deben contactar en primer lugar con el operador. No se admitirán quejas que se hubieran podido solucionar en destino y durante el recorrido.
No se admitirán reclamaciones posteriores al mes desde su llegada, y si no se nos ha comunicado la incidencia durante el viaje.
No somos responsables daños o deterioros en equipajes ni gestionamos artículos perdidos u olvidados.
